Adwerx is searching for a Paid Media Associate to assist the Enterprise Marketing team with the creation and management of marketing and PPC campaigns. They will also aid in the development of content to support those campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on copywriting and messaging to specific industries and personas. The Enterprise Demand Generation Associate position will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Demand Generation, and work closely with other Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute revenue-driving marketing strategies that generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside stakeholders in Marketing, Sales and Business Development to generate content that fuels lead generation activities
  • Own PPC channels for Enterprise lead gen, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and others as needed
  • A/B test messaging, subject lines and CTAs to determine what resonates best
  • Help scale and iterate on existing marketing programs that support Enterprise Demand Generation
  • Experiment with new content forms and channels
  • Create reports on campaign performance metrics like click through rate and demos booked

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant Marketing experience
  • Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • Experience with lead generation strategies and execution
  • Experience with paid media and digital marketing performance metrics
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with an eye for detail and creativity
  • Understanding of SEO/SEM and keyword strategy
  • Experience working in B2B technology preferred

Sample of first 90 days activities:

  • Review messaging frameworks and listen to first meetings to understand how to properly talk about the Adwerx Enterprise Platform
  • Conduct audit of current paid channels and demonstrate understanding of all campaigns currently active
  • Propose updates/improvements to current paid campaigns
  • Identify one existing piece of content to create a comprehensive paid strategy to support lead gen goals
  • Draft landing page, launch and follow up email copy for campaigns centered around that piece of content
  • Own PPC reporting to include CPL, CAC and ARR/CAC as well as opens, clicks, CTR and conversions
  • Own the creation of one paid (vendor) email send
  • Draft sample LinkedIn InMail scripts for internal SDRs to use when prospecting cold leads
  • Identify two additional pieces of content and build out campaign assets
  • Propose and help draft one net new piece of content
