We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to create, execute, and manage our paid acquisition campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data to extract insights and make informed decisions across all acquisition channels to drive growth.

This role is hybrid and will work 2-3 days per week in our Durham, NC office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee acquisition campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, SEM, and display to increase revenue and ROI.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes on conversion rates.
  • Experience in e-commerce and lead generation.
  • Effectively communicate results via dashboards (demand funnel, budgeting, ROI, efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, and strategic KPIs).
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing team.
  • Deliver quantifiable ROI and cost-per-conversion (CPA) across all channels.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in managing the strategy and execution of search, social, CPL, display, and other performance-oriented channels.
  • Experience setting up and managing campaigns in Facebook Ads Manage and Google Ads.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.

  • Bonus: Experience with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot or similar platforms.
